Sienna Gymnastics & Karate

We  provide recreational and  pre-school gymnastics  for children in a fun and safe environment.  We have a state of the art 9,000 square foot facility with top of the line equipment and a well-trained and experienced staff. 

Our  Karate  program  provides full martial arts training, with an emphasis on self-defense in a safe, family-friendly environment. We  strive to instill discipline, respect, and self-confidence in all of our students.

The Ninja Program was created to give kids a fun approach to fitness.  In this class, we will work on strength, conditioning, problem-solving, and coordination as they overcome obstacles designed for their skill levels.                      

With our facility, we are able to offer some of the most exciting birthday parties and day camps available.  Our gym allows for many different types of activities that are perfect for a birthday party or a summer camp.  This is where the FUN begins!
