Parent & Me Classes
Our Parent & Me Program is for ages 18 months to 3 years of age. This "Parent and Me" system will introduce the child to exercises and activities that develop gross motor skills that can enhance balance, coordination, strength, and self-esteem. Since this class promotes Mom (or Dad) participation, the child feels safe and comfortable trying and learning these new skills and exercises which leads to a very simple transition to the Super-Tot Program.
